Our Leadership Team
Our Leadership Team consists of five spiritually led women, driven to help others deepen their relationships with Jesus. Meet Angie Smith, Felieta Boaz, Amanda Aimonette, Amy Gruenefeld, and Chris Wilhelm—women who are passionate about coming alongside you personally, offering encouragement, and guiding you in how to be still and quiet your soul before the Lord.
Whether you are a new Christ follower or a lifelong believer, Be Still Ministries is here to help you grow in your walk with Christ and become the person God intends you to be. We believe that true transformation happens when we create space to hear His voice, rest in His presence, and embrace the stillness He calls us to.
We can’t wait to walk this journey with you!
ANGIE SMITH, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Angie serves as the Director of Ministry at BeStill Ministries. She brings her passion for the Lord by organizing and executing a calm, safe and comfortable retreat experience for each lady attending and oversees day to day operations of the ministry as a whole. Outside of ministry, Angie enjoys spending time with her family, working at her salon and lake fishing. Angie has a servants heart and loves to pour into everyone around her. Not only through BeStill but clients and stylists at her salon. Her favorite scripture is Proverbs 31:13: “She works willingly with her hands.”
AMANDA AIMONETTE, DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
Amanda serves as the Director of Communications where she seeks to lead and oversee all aspects of communication strategy to strengthen the message of BeStill and deepen connections within the community and help others deepen their relationship with Jesus. Amanda comes to BeStill with several years of experience in ministry, communication roles and a passion for mentoring women. Outside of ministry, Amanda enjoys reading, writing, health and nutrition and spending time with her family. Her favorite verse that changed the course of life and the boundaries she needed in her walk with God is Romans 12:12: “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”
FELIETA BOAZ, RETREAT LEADER
Felieta serves as a Retreat Leader for BeStill Ministries, where she guides women in connecting to the Holy Spirit through dedicated time and mediation of His Word. Felieta brings several years of seeking God’s presences for herself to this role and she is committed to helping others do the same. This is reflected in a weekly Bible study that she leads for women in her church and through her service to women as a Certified Christian Life Coach. Outside of ministry, she enjoys spending with her 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren. Felieta’s life-changing and favorite verse is John 15:7: “If you abide in me, my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done.”
AMY GRUENEFELD, director of finance
Amy serves as the Director of Finance where she brings her attention to detail and love for calculating numbers. With a heart for faith and financial stewardship, she works to effectively support the ministry’s mission and help others grow in their relationship with Jesus. Outside of ministry, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, and friends, cooking, fitness, and reading. Her favorite scripture is Isaiah 6:8: “ Whom shall I send, and whom will go for us? Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.”
Chris Wilhem, Hostess
Chris serves as a Hostess where she welcomes guests on the retreat and prepares meals and snacks for them. Chris brings experience with catering weddings and other events as a way to bless others, and is passionate about making ladies feel loved, and at home when they attend a retreat! She enjoys encouraging and making meals for families going through difficult times, helping people with disabilities and walking with other ladies in supportive relationships. Outside of ministry, Chris enjoys spending time with my family, traveling and being on the beach. Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4:6-7: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
